Orders/Products: Orders are shipped according to the measurements in the product size chart. Size charts will assist you in determining product sizes.
Shipping Information: Free shipping is provided within 2-5 days from order confirmation. Your shipment will be delivered within 6-12 days after it has been dispatched.
Tracking Number: Aurelia Divine can track the status of your orders by checking the tracking number sent to you via email.
Return Policy: You can return purchased items within 7 days after receiving them if requested via email. Information regarding custom-made products or yet-to-be-announced collections or pre-orders will be specified in the product description.
Custom-Made Products and Returns: Custom-made products are excluded from the return policy unless the delivered product differs from the selected style on the product page.
Pre-Orders: Products ordered on pre-order are specially reserved for you and will be given priority for shipment. Pre-orders cannot be canceled once the order is placed.
